Teavana rolls out ready-to-drink craft iced teas to select markets

Consumers have a craftier new way to enjoy ready-to-drink teas. Starbucks, in partnership with Anheuser-Busch, began shipping new ready-to-drink premium Teavana Craft Iced Teas to select grocery and convenience retailers in New Hampshire, New York, Vermont and Missouri earlier this month.

Starbucks Canada introduces Blonde Espresso

For the first time in over 40 years Starbucks now offers customers a second choice in espresso. Starbucks Canada has introduced Blonde Espresso Roast, a lighter roasted blend that has a balanced and sweet flavour profile, and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel that is differentiated from Starbucks Signature Espresso Roast.

ICO reports Robusta prices reach 5+ year high

In its newly released January report, the International Coffee Organization (ICO), announced that the coffee market recovered from the fall in prices which was recorded towards the end of last year.

Illy opens newest San Francisco coffee bar and retail shop

Illy opened its newest illy caffè coffee bar San Francisco in late January. The new coffee bar, located within the historic Mills Building at 220 Montgomery Street is illy’s flagship store, and largest to date in San Francisco. There are now seven illy caffè locations throughout the city.
