We New Yorkers like our seasons—yes, even winter. We embrace the cold and snow (as long as it’s not excessive, then we will complain) and the winter-related activities. Recently, Central Park held its annual ice sculpting festival and the snowstorm a couple of days prior (in which NYC received 8-10 inches) made for quite a picturesque ambiance.

The Complexities of Climate Change

Many may feel that the topic of climate change has been discussed ad nauseam.
But the conversation needs to continue because the impact of climate change on both tea and coffee plantations is real. Both industries need to explore strategies to combat the effects of climate change. These strategies include product diversification, agroforestry and better farming practices.
