Anna joined Nespresso in 2010 as brand PR manager, before taking on the role of brand communications manager, followed by head of brand identity. In 2020, she joined the leadership team as CBO and continued to play an instrumental role in strengthening and elevating the Nespresso brand.

Commenting on her appointment, Anna Lundstrom said: “It has been a privilege to lead Nespresso’s brand strategy over the past two years, bringing creative platforms to life and delivering new experiences for Nespresso customers to enjoy, and now I’m delighted to take on this new role. The UK & ROI are home to dynamic and fast-paced coffee scenes, shaped by exciting new trends and opportunities. I’m looking forward to this new chapter at Nespresso, as the business continues to innovate and evolve to meet the needs of our customers, and deliver the high quality, sustainable coffee experiences we are renowned for.”

As CBO, Anna fostered brand desirability through a redefined brand purpose framework. Together with her team of passionate brand-builders, she developed communications platforms, including Nespresso’s Made with Care campaign, to engage with coffee lovers around the world in new and innovative ways. Anna also established important strategic brand collaborations and partnerships, driving unprecedented levels of engagement among Nespresso fans.

After studying at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), Anna started her career in the UK, working within the luxury goods industry for LVMH, Chanel and Gucci, before joining global PR agency, Weber Shandwick.
