Jing Tea partners with new shopping app By Appointment

London-based single garden tea brand, Jing Tea, has partnered with the new By Appointment app to assist its customers to shop with confidence and enjoy an enhanced, more personal shopping experience, while helping its store staff manage evolving government guidelines and keep the store safe. Jing Tea has launched the app two weeks ago for appointments in its 18-19 St Christopher’s Place, Marylebone, London W1 store.
Created by hospitality and IT development experts Charles Smith and Adam Batten, the app is downloadable for both Apple and Android devices. Once registered on the app, which is quick and easy, JING’s shoppers will be able to:
- Visit the Jing store by appointment;
- Book/cancel/reschedule appointments, free of charge;
- Monitor/join real-time virtual queues, eliminating the need to physically stand in line;
- Map out a shopping route;
- Utilise contactless store check-in and out using a personal QR code;
- Discover more about the Jing brand and its range of teas & tea ware.
At Jing’s store in St Christopher’s Place, London, which is, as of this week, open seven days a week (Monday-Saturday 11am-7pm, Sunday 12pm-6pm GMT), shoppers can taste teas of their choice and will be greeted by experienced, passionate tea experts, ready to help them explore the world of single garden tea.
