Community Coffee Company Introduces First “At Home” Cold Brew Coffee

Community Coffee Company, the largest family-owned and operated coffee brand in the United States, has launched its first at-home Cold Brew Coffee product.

Made with the same 100% select Arabica beans that Community uses in all of its blends, Community Cold Brew Coffee is a smooth blend specially formulated for the cold brew process. Balanced with a rich, deep flavour, this new offering will provide consumers with quality cold brew filter bags that are both easy and convenient to make from the comfort of home.

“We love listening to our customers and finding new ways for them to enjoy Community coffee,” said Scott Eckert, vice president of marketing at Community Coffee Company, based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. “Whether you’re a seasoned cold brew lover or simply searching for a new warm weather drink, our Cold Brew Coffee is an affordable, easy way to make a tasty batch of cold brew.”

To make a pitcher of cold brew, simply open the Cold Brew Pouch and drop both filter bags into a 2-quart (or larger) pitcher. Add four cups of cold, filtered water, and steep in the fridge for up to 24 hours. After steeping, remove the filter bags and add three more cups of cold water to the pitcher.

Starting in August, Community Cold Brew Coffee is available at Amazon.com, Brookshire’s, Brookshire Brothers, Rouse’s, Super 1 and Winn-Dixie across the Southeastern US. Community Cold Brew is available for a MSRP of USD $6.99 and makes twelve 8-oz servings — the box includes two Cold Brew Pouches with two filter bags per pouch.
