Coca-Cola Freestyle is reshaping foodservice tea with the debut of Gold Peak® Tea on Freestyle, bringing the brand’s familiar taste to the dispenser for the first time, and marking the first time a brewed-quality tea has been available through a dispenser format.

The innovation is made possible by a patent-pending tea leaf processing and brewing technology that uses the same formula as Gold Peak’s ready-to-drink portfolio. Crafted from hand-picked Sri Lankan black tea leaves, the concentrate is microdosed with water at the dispenser to deliver a consistent, brew-quality tea in sweet, unsweet, and zero-sugar varieties.

For Freestyle operators, the Gold Peak Tea innovation is a game-changer. It eliminates urns, batch brewing, and lengthy cleanup — freeing counter space, reducing labour, and ensuring a premium, reliable pour every time. It is also a way to streamline operations while upgrading the tea experience for customers.

“From an R&D standpoint, the question was: how do we respect the integrity of Gold Peak’s recipe while solving modern foodservice needs?” said Anila Rajesh, a senior manager at the Coca-Cola Company. “That insight guided everything — we weren’t just creating a cartridge; we were translating tradition into a new format without compromising what makes Gold Peak distinctive.”

By pairing efficiency with authenticity, Gold Peak on Freestyle gives operators a turnkey way to modernise tea service and meet guest expectations, all without adding complexity.
