Zentis launches Kültee Kaviar boba

Kültee Kaviar – customisable boba – is the latest star product from Zentis, a leading supplier of high-quality, locally made boba. Over the last decade, boba has surged as a trendy addition to beverages, desserts and dishes in the tween, teen and adult markets. But Zentis saw a gap in brands making all-natural boba, locally sourced on US soil—and made it their mission to fill it with Kültee Kaviar.  

Kültee Kaviar offers every chef, café, restaurant, chain and food service company fully customisable boba. These can include any savoury, spicy and global flavours, plus more classic varieties, such as chocolate, strawberry, raspberry, lemon, orange and cherry. The popping bobas are 6mm or 9mm to provide the perfect size and texture, have zero artificial flavours or colours and are gluten free, kosher and vegan. 

With its production facility based in the US, Zentis produces all its Kültee Kaviar popping boba in the USA—eliminating supply chain delays, reducing carbon footprints and allowing more cost efficacy. Kültee also sources its raw materials and ingredients almost exclusively from nature to uphold an ethical responsibility to the people who love Kültee Kaviar and the businesses that sell it. As of 2023, it reduced direct greenhouse gas and indirect emissions by 30 percent and plans to implement three pilot projects for more biodiversity in its supply chain by 2026.
