Starbucks® is embracing the impending autumn season with the return of Pumpkin Spice family and the Pecan Crunch beverages – two of its most anticipated favourites – which will be available starting today (25 August) in all markets across North America, Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) region. The seasonal launches will also feature two whole-bean coffees that showcase Starbucks coffee artistry: Starbucks® Brazil blend and Starbucks® 1971 Roast™.
Hello Again, Pumpkin Spice
Pumpkin Spice beverages return to mark the beginning of a season many look forward to, bringing people together through flavours woven part of fall rituals and traditions. Made with Starbucks® Signature Espresso, milk and the distinctive notes of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove, the beverages offer a known seasonal experience that many customers associate with this time of year.
Customers can enjoy the flavours of the season in several ways, including the Pumpkin Spice Latte, Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte, Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino® Blended Beverage, Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew Cold Foam, and Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte.
The Pumpkin Spice family’s different offerings allow customers to choose among cold, warm, light, or indulgent options, transforming any moment of the day into an opportunity to recharge, explore new possibilities, and keep moving forward.
Another highly anticipated return for those seeking a more indulgent experience is the Pecan Crunch family. Its familiar and comforting pecan profile combines the smooth character of Starbucks® Blonde Espresso with browned butter, seasonal spices and a crunchy topping that adds texture to every sip. Whether enjoyed as a Pecan Crunch Latte or an Iced Pecan Crunch Latte, this seasonal beverage offers a different way to enjoy fall, bringing warmth, comfort, and a satisfying crunch to everyday moments.
Two Coffees Inspired by the “Cafezinho”
The season also introduces Starbucks® Brazil Blend, made with high-quality Brazilian Arabica coffee beans and featuring notes of nuts and chocolate, offering a smooth and approachable profile. Inspired by the tradition of the “cafezinho” and the moments that emerge around a cup, this coffee becomes a flavour that invites people to share it at any time.
Also joining the seasonal lineup is Starbucks 1971 Roast™, a new dark roast inspired by Starbucks beginnings at Pike Place Market. Crafted with high-quality Arabica coffees from Colombia, Sumatra and Brazil, the blend brings together bold, complex flavours with a rich body and a smooth, velvety finish. Developed over more than a year and through more than 40 recipe iterations, it features notes of toasted sugar and rich walnut, reflecting the care and precision behind Starbucks roasting craft.
From the selection of the beans to their preparation, both offerings recognise the work of the people and coffee-growing communities who make every cup possible, reinforcing Starbucks commitment to sharing high-quality coffee beans and contributing to a sustainable future.
As with every season, consumers will be able to purchase limited-edition reusable cups and mugs to celebrate upcoming holidays, featuring designs that bring creativity and seasonal personality to enjoy favourite beverages while encouraging the use of reusable cups and mugs as part of a more sustainable routine.
