The Spice & Tea Exchange has introduced three new flavours for autumn – cherry pie, pumpkin cake, and old fashioned. These loose-leaf teas are available for a limited time both online and in nearly 100 stores across the country.

The Spice & Tea Exchange drew inspiration from diner culture, a quintessentially American institution, for its new flavours. Pumpkin Cake Herbal Tea features a base of red rooibos tea complemented by rich pumpkin, sweet carob, and a touch of mango, apple, and coriander. Cherry Pie Herbal Tea has a fruity backdrop of juicy cherry and tangy hibiscus. Crisp apple, zesty rosehip, and a kiss of liquorice root take this herbal blend to the next level. Old Fashioned Oolong Tea is an all-occasion indulgence, bringing boozy vibes without the hangover with flavours of citrusy orange peel, dried cherry, and the unmistakable char of an aged whiskey.

These new limited-edition flavours are available as a loose-leaf tea and matching scented candles: Pumpkin Cake Candle, Cherry Pie Candle, and Old Fashioned Candle

“Fall and diners both have those warm, spicy, and sassy elements in common that make them fan favourites,” says Fallon Gonzalez Mayer, marketing manager for The Spice & Tea Exchange. “Here at The Spice & Tea Exchange, we’re passionate about evoking those comforting memories through the senses. And we just loved the inspiration we got from the image of someone settling in a booth, enjoying a hot mug of tea and that familiar feel of a diner, where everyone is welcome.”
