Kei Coffee House launches new Coffee and Matcha Lattes

Kei Coffee House, the modern café by Kei Concepts, has introduced a new seasonal menu.
With the launch of this new range of dessert-inspired beverages for summer, the brand is aiming to continue its approach of blending traditional elements with modern flavours. The latest offerings feature Japanese hojicha tea, known for its roasted and earthy profile, presented in a series of iced lattes.
The Hojicha Series includes three variations, each designed to highlight the distinctive characteristics of hojicha while incorporating layered textures and flavours. All drinks in this series are available exclusively as iced options.
The Banana Hojicha Latte leans into nostalgia with banana toffee sauce, oat milk, salted cream and toffee bits.
The Cookies and Cream Hojicha Latte brings in quattro milk and creamy cookies and cream foam, topped with cookie crumbles. The Hojicha Quattro Latte blends whole milk, oat milk, macadamia milk, and condensed milk.
Two new pistachio-forward lattes also join the rotation. The Pistachio Quattro Latte features quattro milk topped with pistachio foam and crushed pistachios, while the Pistachio Matcha Latte blends whole milk and condensed milk with vibrant matcha, layered beneath a nutty pistachio foam.
Kei Coffee House has introduced several new items to its seasonal menu, including espresso-based beverages and a dessert inspired by Middle Eastern flavours.
New to the drink selection are two espresso drinks with dessert-inspired profiles. The Cookies and Cream Latte blends espresso with milk, cookie crumble, and cream, while the Banana Turon Latte combines banana milk, brown sugar, and espresso, topped with a crisp banana chip as a nod to the traditional Filipino snack.
On the dessert menu, Dubai Chocolate Strawberries make their debut. The dish features fresh strawberries topped with pistachio and chocolate ganache, crispy kataifi, and crushed pistachios. The combination draws on the textures and richness associated with Middle Eastern desserts.
These additions join Kei’s existing menu, which includes Japanese-style egg sandwiches, pasta dishes such as Sweet Bolognese, Bacon Carbonara, and Chicken Alfredo, along with a selection of pastries and matcha-based beverages.
Kei Coffee House, located in Westminster, Orange County, has released its latest seasonal menu, featuring new drinks and desserts available for a limited time. The café continues to contribute to the area’s café scene with a focus on drinks and dishes that blend Eastern and Western influences.
The seasonal launch comes during a period of growth for its parent company, Kei Concepts. This year, the group opened Vox Kitchen & Bar at South Coast Plaza and announced plans to open QUA, a new concept in Fountain Valley, in 2025. A third Vox Kitchen location is also in development for South Orange County, scheduled to open in 2026.
