Littlefoot Coffee Roasters sets up facility in Michigan

Littlefoot Coffee Roasters will be opening a roasting facility and warehouse in Michigan, US.

Founded by business partners Alex Burbo and Rosie Quasarano, Littlefoot’s new facility will be located at 3047 Broadway Ave. SW.

“It was always our goal to start a roasting operation in our home state of Michigan so we can be close to family,” Quasarano said. “We spent the last year touring locations throughout Michigan and felt a big pull to Grand Rapids. It’s home to people who love and support small business, and we’re thrilled to join the amazing food and beverage community that’s here. Colliers was very helpful in showing us warehouses in the area that would work for our operation.”

Littlefoot is a coffee roaster that serves café and wholesale partners throughout the Great Lakes region and beyond. It focuses on sourcing single farm coffees ensuring a diverse and well-crafted lineup.

Coffee can be purchased at Littlefoot Coffee Roasters’ location in Grandville, through one of its café partners, such as Harrison’s Café & Clubhouse, or online. It also offers a coffee subscription plan. In the future, Littlefoot plans to host coffee education courses, tastings, tours, and eventually open a coffee shop.

“We are a small but mighty operation and we are thrilled to be roasting coffee in West Michigan,” Burbo said. “We started our coffee roasting journey in Chicago with the help of our friends at Metric Coffee. There we developed our signature roasts and flavor profiles. We look forward to fueling the people who make Michigan a great place to live with Littlefoot Coffee.”
