SCA US Chapter committee nomination deadline extended
Following the SCA’s announcement to form a US Chapter, the deadline for nominations has been extended.
“We have had a great response to announcing the new SCA USA Chapter. With many member-led info sessions held throughout the last few weeks and additional ones still to come on the SCA Chapter Events Calendar, it’s clear that the community has more to discuss regarding the chapter and we want to give everyone the appropriate time to convene and put forward their best representative for the upcoming election.” said the SCA.
In order to best serve its members and support further discussions, the SCA has extended the nomination deadline for the SCA USA Chapter Committee through March 1, 2019. Elections will now open on March 11 and close on March 29.
The roles open for election are: National Coordinator (1), Regional Coordinator (6) – view region map here – and Community Coordinator (15). View the Roles & Responsibilities.
