Bazzara has announced its participation in Gulfood 2026, which will be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 26 – 30 January.

As one of the world’s largest trade fairs dedicated to the food & beverage sector, Gulfood represents a significant opportunity for the brand to spread authentic Italian coffee culture to a new audience and reveal new regional growth opportunities, following its initial market entry in 2022. “Being able to exhibit our products on such a prestigious stage represents a crucial moment for Bazzara’s global expansion,” says Andrea Bazzara, the company’s sales & event manager.

During the fair, visitors will have the exclusive opportunity to taste Bazzara coffee on-site and meet the third generation of the family business: Andrea Bazzara, sales & events manager, and Marco Bazzara, academy director and quality manager.

The brand’s offering is specifically designed for the luxury hospitality channel and for premium beverage distributors looking for high-end “Made in Italy” coffee that boasts artisanal quality and Italian design. An overview of the most appreciated Bazzara coffees includes the Luxury line — 100% Arabica blends and single-origins — and the Premium line, characterized by different percentages of high-quality Arabica and Robusta to create perfectly balanced blends that interpret the most authentic Italian taste. The 100% Arabica offering is divided into: Dodicigrancru (a blend of twelve origins that offers a “journey around the world in a cup”), Panarabica (three blends dedicated respectively to the essence of America, Africa, and Asia), and Rarity (a selection of highly prized single-origins, defined as “the world’s most precious coffee gems”, including the standout Jamaica Blue Mountain and Panama Geisha).

At the Bazzara stand, the coffee experience intertwines with that of luxury perfumery thanks to the Italian Perfumery Academy (IPA). Directed by Marco Bazzara and located in the heart of Trieste at the Bazzara Academy, IPA proposes a multidisciplinary approach that transforms the creation of fragrances into a complete multisensory experience. The academy operates as an educational atelier based on experiential learning. Marco Bazzara elaborates: “What truly distinguishes the Italian Perfumery Academy from standardized programs is its distinctive ‘signature school’ methodology. In this environment, you don’t simply learn how to compose a fragrance, you learn how to think like a perfumer.”

Bazzara invites high-end HoReCa professionals, premium food distributors, and consumers to experience the craftsmanship of its coffee first-hand at the Dubai World Trade Centre in Za’abeel Hall 6 (Beverages section), stand Z6-C27, from 26 – 30 January 2026.
