PJ’s Coffee new menu features LE Strawberry Matcha and more

PJ’s Coffee is ushering in a limited-time collection featuring strawberry creations, cold foams and the return of its Honey Brûlée Shaken Espresso from 4 March through 5 May.

The spring collection’s layered flavours take centre stage with:

  • Strawberry Iced Matcha – Matcha topped with strawberry cold foam and finished with freeze-dried strawberry crumbles.
  • Iced Strawberry Cream Red Bull – Strawberry purée and coconut blended with Red Bull and crowned with coconut sweet cream cold foam.
  • Strawberry Cream Cheese Croissant – Buttery layers filled with cream cheese and a burst of berry flavour. 

The Honey Brûlée Shaken Espresso balances the lineup with a coffee-forward option. The beverage features honey macadamia nut cold brew concentrate shaken over ice with rich caramel crème syrup, finished with velvety cold foam, caramel drizzle and a light sprinkle of sugar for a signature brûléed crunch.

“This time of year is a natural moment to refresh and reenergize,” said PJ’s Coffee vice president of marketing Reid Nolte. “We set out to create something vibrant and innovative while staying true to the comfort and familiarity our guests expect. The sweetness of strawberries, the creaminess of our cold foams and the caramelized finish of Honey Brûlée come together to create a more rewarding experience.” 

PJ’s Coffee is also rolling out changes designed to enhance customisation and convenience. New 16-, 24- and 32-ounce cold cup sizes provide added flexibility, and alternative milks are now available at no additional charge. Guests seeking caffeine-free products can choose from new shakes, including Frozen Hot Chocolate, Birthday Cake and Cocoa Marshmallow.
