The International Women’s Coffee Alliance (IWCA) has announced that Beth Spong, CEO of Dean’s Beans Organic Coffee, will serve as keynote speaker at the IWCA Networking Breakfast during the 2026 National Coffee Association Convention in Tampa, Florida.

The IWCA Networking Breakfast will take place on 13 March 2026, from 8:00–9:00 AM and convene leaders from across the coffee value chain for a focused conversation on stewardship, resilience, and long-term industry sustainability.

Beth Spong leads Dean’s Beans Organic Coffee, a 32-year-old company built on long-standing partnerships at origin and a history of advancing ethical sourcing well before sustainability became a widely adopted industry framework.

Her keynote address, “Sustaining What Sustains Us,” will examine the essential foundations that underpin a resilient coffee industry: the farms, the land, the people who grow the coffee, and the strategic decisions companies make to ensure long-term viability. Drawing from decades of hands-on experience working with producers and managing a mission-driven business, Spong will offer practical insight into aligning corporate leadership with the future of coffee itself.

The session is designed for executives, board members, roasters, traders, importers and industry partners who are thinking beyond quarterly cycles and focused on stewardship, reputation, and long-term value creation.

The IWCA Networking Breakfast is held annually during NCA and supports IWCA’s global work advancing women’s leadership across producing and consuming countries.

Space is limited. Breakfast tickets may be added during National Coffee Association Convention registration.
