Copper Moon Coffee, a family-owned Indiana roastery has launched Cold Brew Packs – a convenient way for customers to enjoy cold brew at home. Set to coincide with the summer season, the launch aims reinforce Copper Moon’s mission to make premium coffee more accessible, according to the company.
First previewed at this year’s Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City, the new Cold Brew Packs come in boxes of four filter-style pouches – each steeping a stellar pitcher of cold brew (two per box), for approximately 24 8-oz servings. The packs are filled with Copper Moon’s signature roast, coarsely ground to extract notes of smoky cocoa and roasted nuts, balanced with hints of plum and caramelised sweetness for a velvety finish, the company says.
Cold brew continues to be one of the fast growing trend in the coffee industry, with Gen Z and Millennials fueling the growth – now accounting for more than 60% of global consumption. These younger drinkers are shifting the market with their demand for smoother, customisable coffee that they can make at home.
“We’re excited to launch these new cold brew packs that speak to what today’s coffee lovers truly want – ease, versatility, and bold flavour,” said Brad Gutwein, CEO of Copper Moon Coffee. “With younger consumers propelling the cold brew movement, we saw an opportunity to deliver a smoother, better-tasting option for home brewers. And because each cup is consistently delicious, it opens the door for creativity—whether it’s adding syrups, playing with milk alternatives, or crafting your own wellness-inspired drinks.”
