Costa Coffee announces return of Spanish Latte among new summer offerings

Costa Coffee is launching its Summer 2025 menu this week, featuring the return of the Spanish Latte and several new additions to its food and beverage range. Available in stores across the UK from Thursday, July 3, the seasonal menu introduces new snacks and dessert options alongside updates to its ready-to-drink range.
The Spanish Latte, which has gained popularity in previous seasons, returns in both hot and iced versions. Inspired by global coffee trends, the beverage features a sweet, condensed milk-flavoured sauce and is available for a limited time.
Costa Coffee is also updating its ready-to-drink Latte range, now made with a reformulated recipe aimed at delivering a smoother texture. Available in Classic and Caramel flavours, the new bottled lattes are positioned for on-the-go consumption.
The Summer 2025 menu also debuts a new snack format: Barista Bites, developed to offer convenient, flavour-forward food options. Two varieties will be available:
- Cheese Bites – Crumb-coated cheese bites paired with a tangy tomato chutney
- High Protein Chicken Bites – Breaded chicken bites served with a chipotle BBQ dip
For those seeking dessert options, the new Tiramisu Cookie Sandwich combines dark chocolate cookies with a coffee-flavoured frosting inspired by the traditional Italian dessert. It complements the existing Tiramisu Iced Whipped Latte, also featured in this season’s line-up.
“Our aim this summer was to create a menu that brings global flavours into everyday moments,” said Nishant Bhatia, global food and beverage innovation director at Costa Coffee. “From the returning Spanish Latte to new Barista Bites, these additions are designed to reflect how people are enjoying food and drink in the warmer months – whether at home, on the go, or while travelling.”
Costa Coffee’s presence in UK travel hubs remains strong, with locations in major airports such as London Heathrow, Manchester, Aberdeen, and Birmingham. Additionally, select Costa Coffee hot beverages are available onboard easyJet and Jet2.com flights.
The full summer menu is available from 3 July, 2025, at participating Costa Coffee locations across the UK.
