Black Sheep Coffee is set to open a new store in Luton on Tuesday, 13 May 2025. Located at Luton Point, the store will be the latest addition to the brand’s growing UK presence.

The new location will serve a range of products including speciality-grade coffee, flavoured matcha drinks, smoothies, Norwegian waffles and other menu items. Designed as a relaxed space for customers, the store aims to cater to a variety of occasions – from morning coffee to post-work refreshments.

The new store in Luton town centre is independently owned and operated by a local franchise partner, following the Black Sheep Coffee model.

This opening is part of the company’s ongoing expansion across the UK, where it now operates over 100 locations. Black Sheep Coffee continues to grow through its franchise network, customer support, and external funding, positioning itself as an alternative to larger coffee chains.

Black Sheep Coffee is known for using 100% specialty-grade Robusta beans, positioning itself as a distinct option in a market largely dominated by Arabica. The company places emphasis on sustainability and ethical sourcing in its supply chain. Among its product innovations is the Lion’s Mane Latte, which includes ingredients such as Lion’s Mane, ashwagandha, rhodiola rosea extract, and vitamin B12.

Black Sheep Coffee is the latest addition to Luton Point, which has seen a plethora of openings already in 2025.

Lavinia Douglass, marketing manager at Luton Point, commented “We are excited to announce that Black Sheep Coffee will be joining our fantastic lineup here at Luton Point. A new space to relax and enjoy refreshments on your shopping trip, this is a must-visit destination for delicious coffee and food that packs a punch. Make sure you stop by and try it for yourself on your next visit to us.”
