PRESS Coffee, the Phoenix specialty coffee roastery, has announced that after the acquisition of its Panamanian coffee farm, its PRESS Estate coffee has arrived and will be on drip at all 19 locations starting Feb. 24. The Estate roast will also be available in 12 oz. retail bags. Also from the farm, PRESS’ hand-curated Reserve Collection, released only four times each year, will now be available through its allocation program in limited amounts online. PRESS Coffee will also be offering free samples of its Reserve Collection coffee at its Phoenix Roastery all day on Feb. 24 to in-person customers in limited quantities.
“Our first harvest from our Panamanian farm has arrived in Phoenix and is now available at PRESS cafes,” said Jason Kyle, co-owner of PRESS Coffee. “We set out to source the best coffee in the world and our new farm delivers exactly that. We can’t wait for our customers to experience it firsthand.”
Both the Reserve Collection and PRESS Estate coffee is sourced from the coffee roaster’s personal farm acquired in September 2024. Located in the forested highlands of the Volcan Valley in western Panama, the PRESS Estate farm boasts high-quality soil resulting from the last seven volcanic eruptions on the western side of the Barú volcano.
It spans 70 hectares, with elevations ranging from 1,800-2,300 meters above sea level. The soil and elevation combine as enriching factors to PRESS’ high-quality beans, ensuring each batch has a distinct flavor profile shaped by its growth conditions. With panoramic views of Barú, the farm exemplifies the natural beauty and optimal conditions for coffee cultivation in Panama.
The new PRESS Estate beans are available to order on drip at the café bar or available in bags of whole beans. Limited-edition, single-origin beans from PRESS’ Reserve Collection are now available quarterly through its allocation program. Each coffee harvest from the Panama farm will be unique as the weather, soil and other natural changes. No two bags from the Reserve Collection are alike, according to the company.
Quality-driven and community-focused, Press aims to share its passion for specialty coffee by providing high quality coffee products, service and knowledge to customers and the community eve.
