Swoon launches RTD sweet tea without sugar

US brand Swoon is introducing its new Sweet Tea to its product lineup.

Developed by Swoon founding team member and Texas native, Whitney Taylor Hemy, Swoon’s Sweet Tea (launching 29 March 2022) is a new twist on a Southern favourite.

Made with black tea steeped and brewed to perfection and sweetened with naturally sugar-free monk fruit, Swoon’s Sweet Tea boasts 24mg of caffeine and a bold flavour with a satisfying sweetness. It’s perfect for those who are trying to cut sugar or diabetics, who love and miss the classic southern flavour of sweet tea, according to the brand.

Swoon is a line of zero sugar beverages (all naturally sweetened with monk fruit) founded by a Type-1 diabetic, Jennifer Ross, looking to take sugar out of one of a leading causes of diabetes, beverage, and empower everyone to enjoy a sweet treat. Swoon offers better-for-you takes on classic drinks like lemonade, iced tea and half + half. Swoon is also free of artificial ingredients and contains 100% of the recommended daily dose of Vitamin C from the real fruit ingredients.

In addition to national retail, the Sweet Tea will be sold on tasteswoon.com in cases (12 cans) for $29.99 or $25.99 with a subscription.
