IWCA Connects webinars return in March 2022
The International Women’s Coffee Alliance’s executive director, Dr Sarada Krishnan, has announced that the IWCA Connects! webinar events will return in 2022, with the first happening on 23 March.
The IWCA Connects! webinar series offers IWCA chapter members, and the greater coffee community, an opportunity to learn more about partnerships and initiatives that are furthering our work to connect, empower and advance women throughout the coffee supply chain.
The first webinar, on 23 March, will be held by speaker Wolfgang Weinmann of the International Coffee Organization, with the title ‘Embedding Gender Transformative Strategies in the Coffee Sector.’
The IWCA invites the sector to join in March to hear more about the strategies developed through the ICO Public-Private Task Force, and contribute to a discussion about the next steps for implementation.
