Bühler Group

Host Milano showcase

We all have learned over the last year, that more than we all expected can be done virtually. But we also learned that a personal contact can’t be replaced by an online meeting. Therefore, we are very happy that Host will be held in person. Bühler will bring our latest development in coffee roaster, the InfinityRoast 10. This innovation is a lab version of our tangential InfinityRoast roaster. For the first time we have the possibility to make small scale roasting trials with batch size of up to 10 kg and scale it up afterwards easily on industrial size. This saves a lot of cost in product development and reduces waste of high quality and price raw material.

Moreover, we also want to talk about sustainability in coffee processing. Our all live is more and more influenced by this topic and with this, also our consumption behaviour. In a high temperature process like coffee roasting, energy certainly also plays a vital role.

Let’s meet in Pavilion 22P – Stand A14.

The MAC5, state-of-the-art technology and unique in its performances, for its size, is the fruit of a constant process of innovation. This machine will revolutionise the market, thanks to a newly designed patented system, which allows the adjustment of the rotational speed of both the upper and lower discs. Also allowing an incredible hourly production rate, over 2000 kg/h.

The new MAC5 grinder is a new addition to an already vast range of machines, designed and produced to satisfy any productive need, from small roasteries to the biggest industrial plants.

Each Colombini model, entirely manufactured in Italy with artisanal care, is designed in such a way to immediately and perfectly be added to a production line.

For this, at the fair in Milano, the whole production process had been replicated using both the grinders and the Degassing System Colombini-BMM, so that the many visitors, could fully appreciate in person, not only the productive capabilities of the grinders but also the extraordinary adaptability of the Colombini-BMM System.

Our booth at Host is in Pavilion 22, stand P28-Q27.
