Bühler Group

Host Milano showcase

We all have learned over the last year, that more than we all expected can be done virtually. But we also learned that a personal contact can’t be replaced by an online meeting. Therefore, we are very happy that Host will be held in person. Bühler will bring our latest development in coffee roaster, the InfinityRoast 10. This innovation is a lab version of our tangential InfinityRoast roaster. For the first time we have the possibility to make small scale roasting trials with batch size of up to 10 kg and scale it up afterwards easily on industrial size. This saves a lot of cost in product development and reduces waste of high quality and price raw material.

Moreover, we also want to talk about sustainability in coffee processing. Our all live is more and more influenced by this topic and with this, also our consumption behaviour. In a high temperature process like coffee roasting, energy certainly also plays a vital role.

Let’s meet in Pavilion 22P – Stand A14.
