Don Pablo Coffee introduces bourbon-infused blend

Miami-based Don Pablo Coffee, a family-owned coffee growing and roasting company founded in 1989, is introducing a bourbon-infused roast to its product lineup.

Crafted in small batches, the new blend is reportedly intense and full-bodied. With intense tasting notes of cocoa, honey and butterscotch, and superior beans, Don Pablo Coffee believes it has taken the art of roasting to new levels. By soaking the Arabica coffee beans in real Kentucky Bourbon, they then are roasted for a ‘delicious’ infusion of flavour without the alcohol. The brand describes the result as a ‘marriage of sweet and spice’, with fruitiness and nuttiness partially derived from the bourbon’s maturation in seasoned oak casks.

Don Pablo says its Bourbon-Infused Coffee is perfect for drip, French Press, and cold brew.

The roast is available in Costco, Sam’s Club, and on Amazon and donpablocoffee.com/buy-coffee-online. Prices range from $24.99 to $25.99 (with discount being offered at Costco). A 12-ounce bag of the roast comes in a collectible foil-lined cardboard bourbon barrel tube.
