As consumers become more concerned about exactly what they are consuming and “clean labels,” they are paying more attention to flavours and ingredients. But just because there may be a chemical listed in the ingredients, does not necessarily mean it is “bad for you.” Understanding flavouring science benefits everyone in the tea industry.
