From the publishing director

It gives me great pleasure to introduce myself and Bell Publishing as the new owners of Tea & Coffee Trade Journal.

Bell Publishing is a family-owned B2B international magazine publisher and events company. The company was established in 1999 with the purchase of CanTech International from the USA. We then expanded with the launch of Food & Drink Technology, the acquisition of Dairy Industries International (founded in 1936), and in 2008, the purchase of Confectionery Production (first published in 1934). We launched Sweets & Savoury Snacks World as a sister website to accompany Confectionery Production in 2011.

It is a honor to be responsible for a magazine that was first published in 1901 with all the history that entails. I believe T&CTJ complements our other titles, offering great resources—backed by a dedicated team with years of experience in publishing and events, we are looking forward to a strong, bright future for Tea & Coffee Trade Journal.

We will be redeveloping and investing in the magazine to include a redesign, a new website with daily news updates, a free weekly e-newsletter and an App. There will be a transition period but we are working hard on the improvements and you should be experiencing the difference very quickly.

The philosophy behind Bell Publishing as trade publishers is to serve the industry, we are a magazine for your industry, here for you—if you’re interested, we’re interested. Your feedback is vital and I look forward to hearing from you.
