Leading tea brand JING, is moving behind the bar and launching a flavour-forward tea concentrates range perfect for premium cocktails and non-alcoholic serves. Built on JING’s philosophy that outstanding drinks begin with exceptional ingredients; the new range combines the world’s finest teas with expert craft to deliver bar-quality serves with ease.
As the non-alcoholic category continues to grow, operators are under pressure to create drinks that offer the same craftsmanship, theatre and flavour complexity as traditional cocktails. Tea has been emerging as one of the most exciting ingredients in the category, naturally bringing terroir, texture, depth and layered flavour without relying on sugar-heavy formulations.
Each product is crafted using a slow 24-hour cold infusion of exceptional tea leaves sourced from carefully selected artisan producers and tea gardens. The result is a ready-to-use format that can be served in seconds while preserving the quality, character and complexity of whole-leaf tea.
The launch range features three of JING’s bestselling teas, each offering hospitality professionals a unique flavour foundation to experiment with:
- Blackcurrant & Hibiscus: a vibrant, caffeine-free blend delivering rich berry fruit flavours and a gently tart finish, ideal for bright and refreshing serves.
- Earl Grey: bold Assam black tea lifted with fragrant bergamot citrus, bringing structure, freshness and the familiarity of a classic flavour profile.
- Darjeeling Empyrean: offering grape sweetness, notes of toasted hay and hops, and hints of muscatel, delivering a level of complexity more often associated with wine than soft drinks.
