Good & Proper Tea has launched a new range of tea concentrates targeting growing demand for high-quality, non-coffee drinks across cafés and restaurants.

Developed in response to increasing interest in iced and alternative beverages, the range is designed to help cafés and restaurants serve premium iced tea without the time, inconsistency and operational challenges of traditional brewing.

“We’ve always championed high-quality iced tea, but in today’s landscape of signature and cold drinks, tea has a renewed relevance. Its versatility means iced tea can – and should – be one of the most exciting drinks on the menu.” says Good & Proper’s founder, Emilie Holmes.

“We wanted to create something that delivers all the flavour and integrity of properly brewed tea, but in a format that works for modern hospitality.”

The range includes:

  • Hibiscus & Rhubarb – a red infusion with a tartness and fruit sweetness.
  • Jasmine & Sicilian Lemon – a green tea lifted with citrus.
  • Chai Concentrate – a spiced Assam chai, balanced with sweetness.

Each concentrate is brewed in small batches using ethically-sourced whole-leaf tea and natural ingredients, with no artificial flavours or sweeteners.

The concentrates  can be served in seconds, either topped up with water for iced teas or milk for lattes, helping operators deliver consistent, high-quality drinks with minimal prep.

The launch comes at a time when iced drinks are rapidly growing in popularity, with consumers increasingly looking beyond coffee for flavour-led, visually appealing alternatives.

Brewing since 2012, Good & Proper Tea is a London-based, female-founded, independent premium tea specialist.
