TeaJoy launches bubble tea home kits on Amazon UK

TeaJoy has made its direct-to-consumer debut with the launch of bubble tea home kits on Amazon UK. The move marks a strategic entry into e-commerce, building on the brand’s strong presence in foodservice, where it already supplies more than 800 outlets nationwide with commercial bubble tea solutions.

Following being named ‘London Food & Drink Startup of the Year’ at the 2025 UK Startup Awards, TeaJoy is planning an ambitious year of expansion. The launch supports a wider omnichannel growth strategy that includes the rollout of its ready-to-drink (RTD) canned bubble teas set to hit retail shelves this autumn, alongside plans for international expansion into Europe’s high-growth beverage markets.

Each home kit contains four servings and includes ingredients, jumbo eco-straws, and preparation instructions. No cooking or specialist equipment is required.

The new range includes two home kits:

  • Fruit Bubble Tea Kit (RRP £9.99): Passionfruit and mango tea with strawberry and passionfruit popping boba.

  • Milk Bubble Tea Kit (RRP £9.99): Brown sugar and classic milk tea with instant tapioca pearls (no cooking required).

Amazon consumers are looking for at-home drink experiences that are easy to make and let them get creative,” said Ning Ma, co-founder of TeaJoy. “They’re quick to prepare and perfect for gifting and DIY bubble tea parties. It’s all about making bubble tea more accessible and joyful for everyone.”
