Starbucks unveils Spring 2025 menu with new and returning favourites

Starbucks‘ spring menu is now available in stores and includes new and returning beverages and food.
The following beverages are available for a limited time, while supplies last:
The new Iced Cherry Chai begins with black tea infused with cinnamon, clove and other warming spices combined with milk and ice. It’s finished with cherry cream cold foam and a sprinkle of cherry crunch topping. “When you take a sip of Iced Cherry Chai, you immediately get a creamy texture, warm spices and notes of cherry – and it all comes together in an approachable way,” said Billy Altieri, lead beverage developer for Starbucks.
Customer and partner-favorite lavender beverages return, including both the Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha, Iced Lavender Oatmilk Latte and theLavender Crème Frappuccino. Customers can add the bright flavours of the season by customising almost any beverage with new Cherry Cream Cold Foam or Lavender Cream Cold Foam.
The new Jalapeño Chicken Pocket joins Starbucks permanent menu and, for a limited time, customers can get one free packet of TRUFF Original or Jalapeño Lime Hot Sauce with any breakfast sandwich, breakfast wrap, egg bites, bakes, lunch sandwiches or pockets.
The new blonde roast Sunsera Blend is launching in Starbucks stores (U.S. and Canada) and at grocery shelves beginning March 4.
This spring, new seasonal beverages & food arrive on Starbucks Reserve menus in Chicago, New York City and Seattle, including the new Lavender Matcha Malt, new Iced Ube Coconut Latte and new Sakura Float.
