New appointments in the new year

Personnel changes have taken place in the management of Neumann Kaffee Gruppe’s (NKG) German trading companies, Bernhard Rothfos (BR) and InterAmerican Coffee (IAC), as well as in the Board of Management of the holding company Neumann Gruppe (NG).

Christian Bothe is the new CEO at BR and Inacio Teixeira is the new sole CEO at IAC, the two Hamburg-based trading companies of NKG. At the same time, NG bids farewell to COO Pablo Garcia C. from the Board of Management.

Christian Bothe, former COO of BR, became CEO sinced 1 January. With more than 10 years at NKG, Christian Bothe brings the talent, skills and mindset to successfully take over the responsibilities from Jens Janecki, who has greatly shaped and led the company since 2011. Jens Janecki will join NG in important functions including that of Coach of BR & IAC Europe.

As of the same date, Inacio Teixeira has become sole CEO of IAC Europe. Inacio Teixeira has also been with IAC for many years and is ready to bring the company to the next level together with his team and in cooperation with BR and NG. Upon departing from her current responsibilities at IAC, Mirella Cielek will play an important new role in expanding NKG’s sales markets and activities in Eastern Europe in a double function. She will join the management of Bero Polska as co-managing director to Michael Ansary and strengthen the Hamburg commercial teams as head of sales Eastern Europe.

After 40 years with NKG, COO and member of the Board of Management Pablo Garcia C. retired at his own request at the end of 2022. Pablo Garcia has contributed significantly to the development and success of NKG in various functions. The entire NKG would like to thank him for his unwavering commitment to the company and the product coffee and wishes him only the best! He will remain with the group in an advisory capacity.
