Fazenda Coffee Roasters, Boston’s specialty coffee roaster and tea importer, launches its limited-edition, customer favourite holiday blend right on time for the holiday season.
Each year, the Fazenda roasting team finds distinctive coffee profiles with the holidays in mind to blend its seasonal offering. This year’s Holiday Blend is a medium roast coffee that was specifically crafted to be a delight for both connoisseurs and everyday drinkers to enjoy side by side. The Holiday Blend is featured as a reserve coffee in Fazenda’s coffee portfolio. Reserve coffee beans are grown in small lots by dedicated farmers with patience and precision, the hallmarks of truly amazing coffee. Only the most unique and distinctive coffees in Fazenda’s portfolio make it into reserve program.
Owner/founder, Phil Schein said of the blend, “What I like about this year’s blend is that features a washed coffee from Guatemala and a natural process from Ethiopia. When blended, it brings out ripe berry notes with layers of sweet, full caramel and chocolate.”
