Farmer Bros Celebrates National Coffee Day with Pop-Up Coffee Lounge

National Coffee Day comes just once a year, and Farmer Brothers Co is inviting North Texans to join in the celebration.

On 29 September from 7am – 1pm, Farmer Brothers will host “Perks in the Park,” handing out complimentary cups of specialty coffee to everyone who stops by their pop-up coffee lounge at Klyde Warren Park in downtown Dallas, Texas, US. The lounge, set-up on the permanent stage in the centre of the park, will include couches and chairs, books for patrons to read while relaxing with their coffee and an acoustic guitarist to set the mood.

“This is our way of saying ‘thank you’ to the wonderful people of North Texas for the warm welcome we’ve received since we moved our headquarters to the area earlier this year,” says Mike Keown, CEO of Farmer Brothers. “National Coffee Day is one of our favourite days of the year, so we wanted all our friends and neighbors to join us to toast the occasion with a cup of one of our delicious, signature coffee blends.”

Farmer Brothers officially opened its new headquarters and roasting facility in Northlake, Texas, US earlier this year, bringing approximately 300 new jobs to North Texas by the move.

Farmer Brothers is a national roaster, manufacturer, wholesaler and distributor of high-quality branded and private label coffees, teas, spices and culinary products to more than 60,000 foodservice, convenience stores and grocery retailers across the US.
