Tea & Coffee World Cup becomes ‘all inclusive’ Tea & Coffee World Conference

Established 23 years ago, Tea & Coffee World Cup has been remodelled to an ‘all inclusive’ conference, with accompanying workshop and table top exhibition.

Tea & Coffee World Conference will be held 23 – 25 September 2019, in a five start hotel in Hong Kong. The conference will assemble delegates and suppliers from the entire industry – from bean and leaf to cup. The change is a response to the needs of the Asian tea and coffee industries.

Coffee roasters, packers and retailers; tea packers and retailers; and co-packers can interact with suppliers of equipment and raw materials, importers, exporters and service providers, maximising the channels of communication between key decision makers.

High-profile keynote speakers will be expected at the show, discussing important topics such as the effects of climate change; the growing speciality coffee market in Hong Kong; the fifth wave; and sustainability.

‘All inclusive’

The ‘all inclusive’ nature of the event offers outstanding networking opportunities and great value for money. All packages include two nights in the five-star hotel where the event is held, breakfast, coffee breaks and lunch; a full sit down networking dinner; and a Gala dinner on the final night.

This format is not only cost efficient for attendees, by having all accommodation and meals included, but TIME efficient. No further organisation is needed, other than transportation to and from the event.

Commenting on the change, Megan Freeman, Events Manager says:

“I am delighted to announce the new format of Tea & Coffee World Conference 2019. With many exhibitions in the industry, Tea & Coffee World Conference is unique and offers endless networking opportunities. Bell Publishing have been organising events with this format for over 20 years so I am very confident and excited to be bringing this format to the tea & coffee industry, as we know it is a format that everyone can profit from”.

Packages

Upgraded packages for delegates also include a table-top, presentation slots and VIP invitation i.e. bring a customer to attend, free of charge, for the whole three days.

The presentations provide suppliers with a fantastic opportunity to talk through their equipment & machines in detail to an audience of roasters, packers and retailers, both locally based and international. All potential clients.

All delegates will receive a full attendee list, meaning guaranteed lead generation. However, participants are assured that the new format of three days of extensive networking will mean everyone will have time to build relationships with all potential customers at the event.
