Milo’s Tea Company, a third-generation, family-owned business based in the United States, has announced the launch of three new drinks: Strawberry Lemonade, Raspberry Lemonade and Lemon Sweet Tea. The new additions expand the company’s range of refrigerated teas and lemonades, which according to recent Nielsen data, currently rank as the best-selling refrigerated tea and the fastest-growing lemonade brand in the U.S.
The two new lemonade varieties – Strawberry and Raspberry – contain no caffeine, preservatives, artificial flavours, added colours, acids, or dyes. The drinks are made with natural ingredients and are intended to offer a fruit-forward variation on Milo’s classic Lemonade.
Also new to the product line is Lemon Sweet Tea, which combines Milo’s traditional sweet tea with added citrus flavour. The beverage is made using a minimal number of ingredients and is free from preservatives and additives.
“These new flavoured lemonades and our Lemon Sweet Tea show how we keep innovating without compromising on quality or taste,” said Tricia Wallwork, CEO and chair of Milo’s Tea Company.
Strawberry Lemonade and Raspberry Lemonade are now available in gallon sizes at select Walmart stores (suggested retail price: $4.26), with 20 oz. ($1.68) and half-gallon ($2.98) formats available at other regional retailers, including Piggly Wiggly and Ingles.
Lemon Sweet Tea is being rolled out in 20 oz. and gallon sizes across grocery stores in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, including Safeway, ACME, King’s, and Balducci’s, with suggested retail prices ranging from $1.68 to $4.26.
