The Paris Coffee Show brings together all the players in the sector, from the cherry to the cup, to bring visitors – professionals (roasters, coffee shops, baristas, players in mass distribution and hospitality) and coffee enthusiasts – real experiences and discoveries related to the world of coffee. In France, the sector is constantly booming. With more than 800 roasters, and the emergence in recent years of new tasting methods (slow coffee, drinks and cocktails, food and coffee pairings, etc.), new tasting places, and new trends.

This year again, the whole team will take special care of the environment by creating an event that is as eco-responsible as possible. The stands, equipment, carpets and other papers will be used in a measured and reasoned way. Because coffee comes to us from nature, it is fundamental to share its values and to be in tune with our environment.
