Numi LLC, based in Oakland, California, is owned by the brother and sister team of Ahmed and Reem Rahim. The pair started the company in 1999, which sprung from ideas that the pair had to market the dry desert lime, which is brewed as a tea in their native Iraq and is known in Arabic as “numi.” Reem Rahim painted the original art featured on the packaging.

Grinders Go Digital
Curtis Digital Coffee Grinders provide digitally accurate grinding and one-touch, portion-control convenience for getting the most out of your quality beans.

Engineered with Curtis’ ADS (Advanced Digital System), Digital Coffee Grinders deliver greater portion accuracy than conventional grinders, and they feature programmable settings for control.

To operate, press a grind button - small, medium, or large - and watch as the Digital Grinder dispenses the amount of coffee needed. Utilize the factory settings or customized grinding times from 1 to 99 seconds to meet your volume needs.

Digital Grinders also have grind settings that allow users to select their preferred ground consistency, anywhere from extra-course to espresso.

With the InterLock system, your grind quantity selection is automatically communicated to the brewer, which then locks out all incorrect brew cycles to prevent common errors made.
