Portion Control Ground Coffee Dispenser Keeps It Fresh
Cecilware Corporation, which has just acquired Al-Len Enterprises of St. Michael, MN. is introducing the new Al-Len by Cecilware dispensers.

Constructed of a stainless steel body, the bulk portion control holds up to six pounds of ground coffee. Pull a knob, and you can get portions from 1 oz. to 11 oz. The dispensers are available in four different models which each adjust to various portion sizes, so there is no limit to a single dispensing size. The dispensers also accommodate brew funnel sizes up to 8 3/4 inches in diameter.

Single ThermoFresh a New Option for Gourmet Coffee Brewing
Bunn is expanding their growing line of BrewWISE coffee brewing systems to include the new Single ThermoFresh coffee brewer. The product offers a compact alternative, perfect for a limited counter space. Only 12 inches wide, it brews 11.4 gallons of coffee per hour.

Named best new product- coffee accessories by the Specialty Coffee Association of America at the association’s 2003 conference in Boston, the system provides control over the brewing process with brewer features like pre-infusion and Pulse-Brew digital temperature control, which has a large sprayhead and variable by-pass. The Single TF DBC can brew batches of 1/2, 1, or 1/12 gallons, and can store individual coffee recipes, so the operator can brew different varieties with ease.

The G9- 2T DBC grinder reduces the chance for human error- it communicates how much and which coffee was ground to the Smart Funnel, and the recipe writer feature can be used to create custom recipe cards, assuring consistent flavor. This feature also makes it easy for installers with minimal training to set up equipment that produces the roaster’s ideal cup of coffee.

The Single ThermoFresh also features a vacuum insulated, 1.5-gallon server that keeps coffee fresh for hours. The patented brew-through lid design makes direct promotes direct brewing and the wide mouth makes cleaning access easier.

Curtis Automatic Coffee Urns Aim To Please
With a simple operation and a hot-water jacket design that keeps coffee gently heated, Curtis’ RU Series Urns are aiming at wide audience by offering a selection of sizes to meet all needs.

Urns in the Curtis RU Series are constructed of heavy-gauge stainless steel and are available in both twin and single models that range in size from 3 to 6 to 10 gallon capacities. Urn features include optional extras to handle an array of service requirements.

Curtis also offers Generation Three technology. Critical adjustments include temperature, volume and time that are preset. A Sweeter Sugar Dispenser
