Visitors to the Show will discover more than 300 exhibitor booths featuring everything relating to coffee and tea — commercial packaging, processing and roasting equipment, tea packing machinery, brewers, espresso machines, grinders, green and roasted specialty coffees, herbs, tisanes and teas, flavors, and syrups, just to name a few. The exhibition is open beginning Sunday, June 3, 9:30 – 17:30; Monday 9:30 – 17:30; and Tuesday 9:30 – 16:00.

Symposium
Each day, the Tea & Coffee Symposium will feature three hours of industry leaders tackling the latest topics and issues facing the global trade. Kicking off the Symposium will be keynote speaker, Luis Serrano Martin of SEDA who will talk on “Guarding & Preserving the Family Business.” Other topics include: Sustaining Coffee, Organic Coffee Development, Dealing with Origins, Nature and the Market, among many other subjects. The Tea Symposium will focus on China and Kenya’s Many Teas, Tea & Health, and Promoting Tea on the Internet among many other topics.

New Workshops
Covering the tea sector will be workshops on tea tasting and blending, tisane tasting and blending and retail tea shop set up sessions. For coffee, a 2-day espresso workshop will be held as well as a cupping workshop and a quality control roasting workshop.
